Neon Sari

The colour scheme works well, giving it a nicely dramatic feel. The shading is also effective, especially on the neck - it's a bit messy on the chin and the hair, perhaps spend a bit more time tidying it up for a truly polished feel.

Anatomically, it's a little skewed - the eyes are slightly too wide (though it does actually kind-of work), the nose is a little too snub and the tilt of the lips is off (like the eyes, it sort-of works giving the side-smile you'd intended).

Each part of the face looks like it'd work perfectly at a different angle of perspective (the nose seen from a viewer below looking up; the lips on a slightly tilted angle) - but at the straight-on viewer's eye-level angle, they look skewed and make it feel 'slightly off'; which is a shame, because it's a cute image and the expressiveness of her eyes and mouth are beautiful.

Overall, it's a nice piece. Try using a reference for the parts in future to try and keep it grounded in reality so that the cuteness and expressiveness can really shine through.
